Not 30 days. Not 90 days. You have 365 days from the date your order is delivered to try Little Belly and decide whether it’s right for your dog.

What the guarantee means

✓ You may request a refund within 365 days of delivery.

✓ Opened or partially used products may qualify, but the product container must be returned.

✓ Any digital guides or bonuses delivered with your order are yours to keep.

How to request a refund

Step 1: Email us at contact@tinybarknutrition.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your experience.

Step 2: We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the address to which your product should be sent.

Step 3: Return the product to us. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

A few important details

  • The request must be submitted within 365 days of delivery.

  • The product container must be returned to receive a refund.

  • Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable.

  • For multi-jar orders, one opened jar may qualify for the guarantee. Any additional jars must be unopened and sealed to qualify for a refund.

  • The guarantee applies to the first qualifying purchase and is limited to one claim per customer or household.

  • Purchases must have been made directly through TinyBarkNutrition.com.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately—please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your delivery.

  • All refunds remain subject to the eligibility requirements in our Refund Policy.

We may ask what didn’t work for your dog—not to make the process difficult, but because your feedback helps us improve Little Belly for other small dogs.
