Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

* Sale or clearance items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to request a return for the item you have.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the product you’d like instead.
Return to Sender
If your order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, a store credit will be issued for the total order amount.
Delivery Liability
Once tracking shows a package as delivered, Tiny Bark Nutrition is not responsible for theft or loss.
If your package goes missing after delivery, please contact your local authorities, as package theft is a federal offense.
We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping.
For this reason, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed by our fulfillment team.
If your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled — but you may still request a refund by returning the item once it arrives.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
